CUSTOM MACHINING

Our machining department strives for perfection and is always looking for ways to improve on current industry practices. We have multiple manual mills, drill presses, lathes, and grinders.

Jennmar Automation has (10) CNC Machining Centers:

Just as every customer is unique, so is every project. We carefully evaluate each customer's needs during the mechanical and controls design phases. Factors such as cycle time requirements, space limitations, environmental conditions, durability issues, safety requirements, and ergonomic criteria are all considered at the start of every design cycle. Additionally, we offer process capability study services to ensure optimal performance.

Every design begins with a 3D solid-based parametric model, allowing us to analyze key elements such as weights, material properties, moment of inertia, center of gravity, part relationships, FEA analysis, and process simulation.

ROBOTIC WELDING APPLICATIONS

Jennmar Automation utilizes two 6-Axis GMAW Welding Robots with coordinated motion capabilities for prototype welding needs.

We can weld a variety of material types, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. For larger tooling platforms, a positioner slide package is available. Our locked, secured room provides a quiet, private environment for Jennmar Automation engineers and customers to interact and collaborate during special projects.
